Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Neurology to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in providing care for post-surgical neurology patients and managing various neurology diagnoses.
Key Responsibilities
Float between multiple units as required.
Provide exemplary nursing care to patients with neurology-related conditions.
Assess patient conditions using the NIH Stroke Scale and implement nursing interventions accordingly.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records using Epic charting system.
Work Schedule
Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)
Weekends: Required every other weekend.
Patient Ratios
Expected nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:4.
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Previous experience in Neurology nursing.
Ability to navigate patient care with confidence and expertise in telemetry settings.
