We are seeking to add a Administrative Assistant to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.

Responsibilities:
Order Entry and Order Management
Bill Entry and Bill Management
Answer inbound telephone calls and redirect to the appropriate person/people.
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Greet and assist onsite guests
Maintain digital filing systems
Data Cleanup Tasks
Other Office Tasks
Necessary Qualifications
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent typing skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Focused ability to crush tasks.
Would Be Nice Qualification
~ Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
