Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association; Experience: Minimum 2 years of ICU RN experience required
Weekend Requirement (Friday 1900 Monday 0700): 4 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
Holiday Requirement: 2 holidays per year
As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in delivering and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process. based nursing care in alignment with established standards, policies, and procedures
Demonstrating adaptability by floating to multiple care environments within a designated Zone, integrating quickly into new departments, and collaborating with diverse teams
Coordinating care for diverse patient populations within various acute?care, hospital outpatient departments and clinic settings
care facilities within the designated zone
Travel?nursing?style variety without the travel: Work across multiple (5-7) Advocate Health facilities through day?to?day floating or 6?week site rotations
Exposure to various departments and patient populations helps prevent routine fatigue and keeps work exciting
building experience: Includes base pay, float differentials, shift and weekend premiums
Enjoy flexible self?call requirements, and limited weekend and holiday requirements
