Front Desk Receptionist (Full Time - Temporary)

Receptionist
We are seeking a full-time receptionist to join our team in the Wenatchee, Washington office. We are looking for a professional, organized, and client-focused receptionist to join our Yakima office. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, this role plays a vital part in delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting the daily operations of the firm.
Answer and route calls efficiently using a multi-line phone system
Support Daily Office Operations

Route faxes and maintain organized document flow
Update client and document retention systems (Practice Engine and iChannel)
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and lobby area
Provide Administrative Support

Perform clerical and administrative tasks that support firm operations
Update administrative manuals as processes evolve
High school diploma or equivalent
Typing speed of at least 45 wpm with strong spelling and grammar skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Comfort operating standard office equipment and multi-line phone systems
This role involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day, light lifting (up to 15 pounds), and frequent use of office equipment, including keyboarding and telephone systems.
