Are you looking for a turnkey, high-volume Electrophysiology practice with immediate demand, no local competition, and a 1-year path to partnership with no buy-in? A physician-led private cardiology practice in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a fellowship-trained Electrophysiologist to build its EP program. Local EP referrals are currently being turned away or delayed, and you'll have an established clinical team and a referral base of more than 35,000 patients.

Focus entirely on procedural and clinical electrophysiology (40-50% lab time, 50-60% clinic).

• Turnkey Procedural Volume: High-volume procedural runway across 2 local hospitals, including 75-100 AF ablations, 100 device implants (ICDs, Pacemakers, CRT), and 25-50 Watchman/LAAO procedures annually.
• Dedicated EP labs equipped with CARTO , EnSite , and the latest ablation modalities, including Pulsed-Field Ablation (PFA) , Cryo , and RF , backed by dedicated cardiac anesthesia and experienced EP lab tech teams.
• Quality of Life Schedule: Zero EP call. Non-interventional general cardiology weekend call is shared 1:8 (~3 weekends per year), with dedicated inpatient hospitalist support.
