Knowledge of golf operations and/or retail preferred

Basic computer skills; Point-of-Sale (POS) experience is a plus

Receive and process incoming merchandise accurately and efficiently

Prepare and tag merchandise in accordance with Club retail standards

Respond to Member questions regarding the Club’s mobile app in a timely and helpful manner

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail and work environment

Process Member and guest purchases accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system

Serve as a reliable and supportive team member, assisting colleagues as needed to ensure a seamless Member experience

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Weekdays, weekends, and Holidays, schedule flexible as business dictates.
