This position requires a high level of responsibility, as drivers must adhere to strict safety regulations and protocols while handling hazardous materials. The primary result of this role is to maintain a consistent supply of fuel, ensuring that operations run smoothly and without interruption. Additionally, the driver will be responsible for performing routine maintenance checks on the truck to ensure it is in optimal working condition. Ultimately, the Fuel Truck Driver contributes to the overall safety and efficiency of fuel distribution operations.

Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A.

Proven experience in CDL driving and operating tractor-trailer vehicles.

Knowledge of hazardous materials handling and safety protocols.

Experience working around construction sites.

Familiarity with truck maintenance and repair procedures.

Additional certifications related to hazardous materials transportation.

Transport fuel to designated locations in a safe and timely manner.

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Maintain accurate records of fuel deliveries and vehicle maintenance.

Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the transportation of hazardous materials.

Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members to coordinate delivery schedules.
