Surgery, Advanced Practice Provider - Surgical First Assist

This position includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and $7,500 in relocation assistance, when applicable.
As an Advanced Practice Provider in cardiothoracic (CT) surgery you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.
Your schedule will be Mon-Fri working 4, 10's with paid 1:3 call for nights and weekends
Q3 call requirement includes rounding on weekends during call and being first call for the nursing floor
You will practice at our CT Surgery Clinic and St. Mary's Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, CO
You will be working with 3 CT surgeons, 2 surgical APPs, 1 non-surgical APP and a first assist to support in the OR
Assist surgeons in performing procedures during surgery
Perform Radial Artery and Saphenous vein harvesting
Clinic responsibilities include new H&P and surgical follow ups

APP degree from a fully accredited program
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a First Assist APP required – NO NEW GRADS
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
