Commercial Real Estate Paralegal- 60k-90k Kendall, New Jersey Hybrid

Small boutique law firm seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to assist partners in fast paced environment.

As a paralegal, you will play a crucial role in assisting attorneys with managing and closing complex commercial real estate and corporate transactions;

• Assist attorneys in preparing entity formation and organizational documents;
• Create, compose, and edit written materials and transaction documents;
• Review of title reports, surveys, and other third-party reports;
• Conduct legal research related to real estate matters, including zoning regulations, property records, and relevant case law;
• Draft correspondence and facilitate communication with clients, counterparties' counsel, and outside vendors under the guidance of supervising attorneys;
• Handle various administrative tasks necessary for deal management, such as file management, scanning, copying, and preparing FedEx packages; A minimum of three to five years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal is preferred.
