What You’ll Do

As a Retail Specialist you’ll bring the authentic Soccer Post experience to life by helping customers find gear they love and the products they need. You’ll be a key part of creating an inviting store atmosphere and supporting the daily operations that keep our stores running strong.

You Will

Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service that reflects Soccer Post’s core values

Greet and engage every customer who walks through our doors

Understand customer needs and recommend the best products for their game

Showcase and explain merchandise with confidence

Assist with purchases, returns, exchanges, and special orders

Maintain clean and organized sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas

Help receive shipments, stock inventory, and track low-inventory items

Support team inventory and other store operations

Handle phone inquiries professionally

Jump in wherever needed to keep the store running smoothly

What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Retail experience (preferred), customer service mindset (required!)

Soccer background — player, coach, or fan (a big plus!)

Excellent communication and active listening skills

Strong sales instincts and the ability to anticipate customer needs

Willingness to learn product knowledge and POS systems

Reliability, professionalism, and a positive team-player attitude

Bilingual Spanish/English preferred

Physical Requirements

Ability to thrive in a busy environment and assist multiple customers at once

Comfortable standing and walking for long periods

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs when needed
