Sign-on bonus eligibility applies to candidates who apply on or before September 30.6:00 am to 7:00 pm MT are our operating hours, and shifts are assigned based on business need.The Senior Workplace Planning Consultant delivers comprehensive retirement and financial wellness advice and education to participants within employer-sponsored plans, guiding them through key decision points that influence their long-term financial success. In this role, associates demonstrate strong planning acumen, confidently guide participants through managed account solutions, and deepen relationships through proactive, personalized engagements that support overall financial well-being.The successful Consultant likes helping customers achieve their retirement goals, is a self-starter with excellent organizational skills, and has a competitive personality.
