CNC MACHINISTS - FULL TIME

ARCH MotorcycleCompany LLC wasfounded in 2011 to challenge the perception of what an American motorcycle could be. Anything that compromisesthe ride, esthetics,stance, or function is treated as anopportunity to innovate and improve the design. The CNCProgrammer & Machinist at ARCH will play an important role in creating parts that are visually stunning. All components are made in smallbatches, careful planning and execution are vital to successofthis position.

UseGibbsCam /Fusion 360 CAD/CAM/CAE to program CNC parts.
Design and machinefixtures for parts.
Create a strategy for programming / tooling / fixturing for any new parts.
Ableto setup and probe parts with a RENISHAW probe.
Prove out new programs and ops, troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise from current operations.
Provide support for the machine shop to set up or swap parts being machined, extending shop production hours.
Setup of parts on themachine.
~4+ years ofCNC programming experience with GibbsCam, FusionorMasterCam.

Experience with 4 and 5axis CNC mill machines
Experiencewithprobing parts
Automotive industry experience is a plus
