HR Coordinator/Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator/Recruiter for a contract-to-direct position in Pensacola, FL.

Job Responsibilities

Posting job openings across various platforms

Reviewing resumes and applications

Conducting interviews and candidate screenings

Collaborating with management to identify staffing requirements

Assisting in filling multiple positions within the office

Qualifications

Prior experience in recruiting and human resources preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work on-site in Pensacola, FL

Ability to collaborate effectively with management and team members

Flexibility to adapt to fast-paced staffing needs

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Rate: $17–$20 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
