* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and completion of 40 hours
Undersea & Hyperbaric Medical Society (UHMS) approved training

Two years licensed practical nurse experience

Frequent sitting, reaching and keyboard use/data entry.
* Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) - American Heart
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Illinois Department of Financial and
Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) - American Heart
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Nurse Licensure Issued by Compact State
