Phlebotomist I – Indio, CA

Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, with rotational weekends. Requires a state phlebotomy license; 24.00–$25.70 per hour. Salary offers are based on factors such as skills, training, experience, education, and certifications, and may include an annual performance bonus.

Navigate a computer and accurately enter data.

Obtain identification, accurately enter billing information, and collect payments when required, following corporate policies.

Perform all non‑patient facing duties, including inventory, stock supplies, sanitizing, filing, answering phones, and utilizing email as appropriate.

Read, understand, and comply with departmental policies, protocols, and procedures.

Assist with compilation and submission of statistics and data when required.

Maintain all appropriate phlebotomy logs in a timely manner, such as maintenance logs and temperature logs.

Complete online and in‑person training courses in a timely manner.

Qualifications Education High school diploma or equivalent.

Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.

Phlebotomy certification preferred; Work Experience One year phlebotomy experience preferred.

Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred.

Keyboard/data entry experience.

The position requires the ability to effectively communicate in English.
