Temporary Assignment
Our client, a large public-sector organization, is seeking multiple New York licensed Attorneys on a temporary basis to support a sustained increase in legal workload within its commercial and procurement operations. These roles will support high-volume contracting, complex negotiations, and compliance initiatives arising from expanded programs, policy initiatives, and operational reforms.
This is a long-term engagement supporting a legal team operating at capacity and requires attorneys with strong public-sector procurement and transactional experience.

Work Location: Remote

Attorneys will be assigned to one or more of the following practice areas based on experience and business need:

Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of procurement-related agreements
Advise on food services, facilities, and related operational contracts
Address vendor compliance and accountability requirements
Assist with contract extensions, emergency procurements, and approvals
Coordinate with external legal stakeholders
Track and manage a large, active transportation contract portfolio
Experience in government or public-sector contracting, procurement, or commercial transactions

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and issue-spotting skills
• Experience working collaboratively within large legal departments or government agencies preferred
