Job Title: Oral Surgeon

Dental One Associates, in partnership with Valley Dental Associates, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Time Oral Surgeon to support specialty care across multiple high-performing offices in the Baltimore market, including Cross Keys, Westminster, Owings Mills, and Bel Air.
These practices are collectively referring out over $4 million in oral surgery production annually , creating a rare opportunity to step into immediate demand, strong case volume, and a full schedule from day one .
This role is ideal for an Oral Surgeon seeking clinical autonomy, consistent referrals, and the stability of a guaranteed base salary within a professionally managed, patient-focused environment.

Perform procedures including dental implants, third molar removal, and related surgical treatments
Collaborate closely with referring dentists and in-office clinical teams

Certificate for an accredited US Oral Surgery Residency Program
Active dental license in the state of practice
