Prepares food items needed in the preparation of drinks Trash pickup and disposal at bar and bar service areas Maintain health and sanitation standards Review work procedures and operational problems in order to determine ways to improve service, performance and/or safety Completes stocking, replenishing, cleaning, maintenance and preparation of bar Perform various other duties as assigned
Minimum of High School education Minimum of one (1) year in bar back role Alcohol awareness certification preferred
Ability to communicate effectively verbally Team player Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members Ability to work flexible hours and shifts Ability to multi-task
The hiring process may consist of a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment.
