CPA/Senior Tax Preparer

Job Overview This role involves preparing a broad range of entity tax returns, conducting financial statement reviews, researching solutions for tax issues, fostering teamwork, delivering exceptional client service, and developing staff.
Responsibilities Preparing a broad range of Individual, S Corp, Partnership and other entity tax returns
Preparing financial statement reviews
Conducting research to develop solutions for our clients’ unique (basic to intermediate) tax issues
Building relationships internally to foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration
Providing a wow experience to every client
Contributing to the success of our clients’ organizations
Developing staff associates and interns as they begin their careers in public accounting
Making a difference in the communities where you live and work
Qualifications 2-6 years of relevant tax experience in public accounting or industry
CPA license preferred
Accounting experience a plus
Outstanding client service and communication skills
Desire to develop unique business solutions in a team‑based environment
Commitment to continuous learning and development
Enthusiasm for helping others be successful
