What You'll Do

Provide outpatient medical care to patients of all ages, including children and adults
Supervise midlevel providers as needed
Conduct patient assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
Use EPIC EMR for charting and documentation
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care
Participate in full-week orientation and onboarding
What You Need

• CA medical license (in-hand)
• DEA license
• BLS certification
• 2+ years outpatient Family Practice experience
• Ability to work with diverse patient populations across age groups
