Nanny / Family Personal Assistant

Full-Time, Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:30PM

We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Nanny / Family Personal Assistant to support our busy family with three school-aged children (ages 7, 11, and 14 ).

This role combines childcare, transportation, household support, and family assistant responsibilities. The ideal candidate is experienced working with private families, enjoys helping children stay organized and successful, and can confidently manage multiple schedules, school locations, and extracurricular activities.

Childcare & Family Support

Provide attentive and responsible care for children ages 7, 11, and 14

Foster a positive, supportive, and structured environment

Support age-appropriate learning, enrichment, and developmental activities

Maintain regular communication with parents regarding schedules, activities, and child-related needs

Safely transport children to and from:

School drop-off and pick-up at multiple school locations

Sports practices and games

Utilize personal vehicle for family-related transportation

Light housekeeping and household organization

Loading/unloading dishwasher

Kitchen cleanup

Organizing school supplies, backpacks, sports equipment, and activity materials

Managing household inventory and supply needs

Personal Assistant Duties

Supporting special projects and household organization

Assisting parents with administrative household tasks

Minimum 3-5 years of professional nanny experience

Prior experience working with private families

Experience caring for multiple school-aged children

Reliable personal vehicle

Experience coordinating multiple children's schedules and activities

Early childhood education, education, or child development background

Ability to anticipate needs and work independently with minimal supervision

Comfortable managing multiple moving parts and schedules

This is a Permanent position based out of Beverly Hills, CA.
