Physiatrist Physician (Physician )

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Manage a high-volume outpatient caseload with efficiency and clinical excellence
Deliver a combination of manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training
Oversee and delegate appropriately to PTAs and therapy technicians
Progress patients toward functional goals and timely discharge
Maintain accurate, timely documentation within EMR systems
Communicate effectively with referring providers and interdisciplinary team members
Ensure compliance with clinic policies and Texas regulations
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
Active or eligible Texas PT license through the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners
Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination
Strong orthopedic and outpatient clinical foundation
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
Preferred Experience

• 1+ year of outpatient experience in a high-volume clinic
• Experience supervising PTAs and support staff
• Familiarity with productivity-driven environments
• Strong manual therapy and exercise progression skills
