Looking for Warehouse Worker jobs in Florence where every day keeps products moving? This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.
The team member in this role will work in manufacturing areas, performing routine tasks such as labeling, stacking, packing, wiping, or assembling finished goods. Tasks will be assigned by the Production Supervisor based on production needs and must be performed safely and efficiently.
This opportunity is based on a Warehouse Associate career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.
Fill containers manually using hoses and valves connected to holding tanks or totes.
Operate ultrasonic welding equipment to properly seal product caps when required.
Palletize finished products and prepare orders for storage or shipment.
Conduct visual quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while complying with all safety and quality procedures.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, production, packaging, or warehouse environment.
Experience working around production lines and assembly operations preferred.
Ability to successfully pass required safety and quality assessments.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday.
Ability to safely wear and maintain required personal protective equipment (PPE).
