MUSC Health at Home by BAYADA has an immediate opening for a Full Time Registered Nurse to provide home health visits for our MUSC Health at Home by BAYADA Office in Georgetown County, SC.

As a home health care RN, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

Responsibilities

Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient’s needs

Conduct home visits to clients in designated geographic territories

Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as assigned

Monitor client conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager

Execute and properly document doctors' orders

Perform client assessments as necessary

Case management and coordination

Document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a touchscreen tablet

Qualifications

Current license as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina

Minimum of one year recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience

Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required

Graduation from an accredited nursing program, evidenced by school transcript or diploma

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Strong interpersonal skills

Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred

Ability to travel to assigned cases
