Responsibilities
As a CNA you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they expect at Harmony West Des Moines by performing activities of daily living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail will help keep residents comfortable and safe.

Eligibility
Applicants must have an unencumbered State of Iowa CNA certificate or a certificate of completion from a State of Iowa accredited CNA training course with completed written and skills exams. Prior CNA experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
