As a Nurse Practitioner at The Spine & Pain Center, you'll deliver advanced care in collaboration with physicians and a supportive healthcare team — with a schedule designed to protect your wellbeing as much as your patients'.Locations: Home base in Muskogee, with possible travel to satellite clinics: What you'll do* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams and medical histories* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team* Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with established protocols* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes* Provide patient education and counseling on health maintenance and disease prevention* Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in EMR systems* Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocol development## Qualifications## Required qualifications* Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution* Current, unrestricted Oklahoma Nurse Practitioner license* Active ANCC or AANPCB certification* Current DEA registration with prescriptive authority* Minimum 1–2 years of clinical NP experience* Experience in pain management, orthopedics, or specialty healthcare strongly preferred* Willingness to travel regularly between clinic locations (personal vehicle required; mileage reimbursement provided)## Preferred experience**Pain management****Orthopedics****Neurology****Primary care****PM&R****Related specialty**# Skills & Abilities* Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills* Excellent communication with patients, families, and care team members* Ability to develop evidence-based care plans and manage multiple priorities* Proficiency in EMR systems and healthcare technology* Self-directed and comfortable working across multiple clinic environments* Commitment to ongoing professional development# BenefitsAt The Spine and Pain Center, we believe in taking care of the people who take care of our patients.
