What You'll Do As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents by:

Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans

Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members

Administering medications and treatments while monitoring for adverse reactions

Recording and maintaining accurate medical records, vital signs, and nursing documentation

Monitoring residents' conditions and responding appropriately to changes in health status

Operating and monitoring specialized medical equipment as needed

Providing direct bedside nursing care with compassion and professionalism

Performing clinical procedures, including wound care, IV therapy, and catheter insertion

Educating residents and families about treatments, procedures, and ongoing care

Assisting with discharge planning and care coordination

Ensuring compliance with all nursing standards, facility policies, and state regulations

Qualifications Active North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license

Current CPR and First Aid certification

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care
