Surgery: Oncology Physician

We are seeking dynamic candidates for a Gynecologic Oncologist position with The Southeast Permanente Medical Group, Inc. (This individual will also surgically manage patients with benign complex pelvic pathology.

Ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited fellowship program in gynecologic oncology, board certified or board eligible in gynecologic oncology, board certified in obstetrics and gynecology, with most of their cases performed in a minimally invasive fashion – robotic surgery (based on case list review). Medically and Surgically manage patients in the department of Ob/Gyn with malignant conditions

Surgically assist in the management of patients in the department of Ob/Gyn with benign complex conditions

Refer patients to Radiation Oncology (internal service)

Perform lectures to colleagues in the Ob/Gyn department

Collaborate with TSPMG radiation oncologists in developing treatment plans

Assist with advancing the MIS skills for other surgeons in the department

Assist with the development and performance of a clinical research component in the department
