Lead Teacher – 2-Year-Old Classroom (Early Childhood Education) Location: The Learning Experience – Hudson Yards, New York, NY Pay: $22–$25 per hour (based on education and experience) Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Lead Teacher – Toddler / 2-Year-Old Classroom

The Learning Experience – Hudson Yards is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Lead Teacher to guide our 2-year-old classroom. This role supports children during a key stage of independence, language growth, and early social development through structured routines and engaging classroom experiences.

This position is ideal for educators who enjoy leading a classroom team while creating a warm, consistent environment that helps young learners build confidence and early learning foundations.

Support early communication, social interaction, and self-help skill development

Create a structured environment that promotes independence and participation

Partner with assistant teachers to maintain classroom consistency and engagement

Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom activities and developmental progress

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education required or in progress

Minimum 6 months of classroom teaching experience required

Must meet all New York State and NYC childcare licensing requirements
