EAP Counselor - Full Time

Substance Abuse Counselor - this position will float between Front Range Clinics from Boulder to Colorado Springs and occasionally travel to other sites throughout the state. The counselor will also support patients via the telehealth platform. Full‑time, 40 hours per week (schedule will vary based on company needs).

Pay: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour depending on credentials and experience; paid bi‑weekly.

Provide direct and indirect therapy services to outpatients who require or will benefit from therapy skills and interventions.

Provide case management services to coordinate care with primary care doctors, other prescribing physicians, probation, parole, child/adult services, and other supporting services.

Attend all clinic team meetings and company training.

Communicate at a level that reflects above‑average quality work.

Maintain client records and other data as required by regulatory agencies promptly.

Treatment planning: apply assessment, evaluation, and reassessment data to the formulation of treatment plans.

Document treatment goals/objectives/discharge plans in clear, understandable language and include clients' own words.

Maintain continuity among clinical teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
