Cleaning/ Janitorial Maintenance

PacArctic, LLC, (PAC) a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking experienced Custodians to support PacArctic and our government customer. This is a Union position, and all benefits will be covered by the CBA.

General Cleaning: Clean entrances, lobbies, corridors, offices, conference rooms, and work areas. Dust high and low surfaces, clean/polish soiled surfaces. Vacuum carpets, perform light spot removal, and wash windows and glass surfaces.

Specialized Cleaning: Monitor and maintain carpet and floor appearances. Perform carpet spot and deep cleaning. Restroom Maintenance: Equipment Care: Inspect equipment for cleanliness. Perform minor repairs and maintenance.

Support Tasks: Report maintenance issues or safety hazards. Compliance: Follow federal facility cleaning protocols and regulations.

Reports to Lead Custodian.

Prefer high school diploma.

Capable of performing heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, and washing walls

Experience in custodial care projects and able to lift 50 lbs.

Custodial, carpet, and floor care experience.
