Schedule: Part-time Evening Shift from 4:00pm-7:30pm

Assist customers with requests in store and over the phone
Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and polite manner
Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
Complete customers transactions at the cash register, including taking payments, and issuing receipts
Tag prices on merchandise
Contribute to team's daily sales goals
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) -required

• Bi-Lingual in English/Spanish required
• 1-2 years of sales experience or customer service experience (preferred)
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service
• Each store operates on a lean and close-knit group of team members and managers. Sales and merchandising best practices.

Customer service techniques including communication, and the ability to outperform the expectation of our customers.
The ability to adapt to fast and unique situations to provide an amazing customer experience.
