AtTender Care PPEC, our RNs create safe, joyful, and meaningful days for medically complex children. This is a hands-on, heart-first role where compassion matters just as much as clinical skill.

What You’ll Do Every day looks a little different, but your impact is constant
Deliver and oversee skilled nursing care in a PPEC setting
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies per care plans
Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes appropriately
Complete accurate clinical documentation and charting
Collaborate with families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure compliance with PPEC regulations and infection-control standards
Full-time with flexible scheduling
Monday-Saturday between 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
No nights. No Sundays.

What You Need: Active & Unrestricted RN license
Pediatric, PPEC, home health, or special needs experience preferred
AHA CPR certification prior to start
Level 2 Background Screening clearance:
A calm, patient, and compassionate approach with children who have developmental or behavioral needs
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy setting
