We are working with a National Insurance Defense Law Firm, looking for an Insurance Defense Attorney to join their team. This role is remote.
Previous insurance defense experience
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in Washington State
Manage a caseload of insurance defense cases, from initial claim evaluation to final resolution.
Conduct thorough legal and factual research, and develop effective defense strategies for clients.
Draft various legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and briefs to support defense strategies.
