Electrical Engineering an

Client is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to support the design, analysis, and execution of electrical engineering projects across industrial, commercial, utility, water, transportation, and federal facilities. The engineer will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions while ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop electrical engineering designs for industrial and commercial facilities.
Prepare electrical construction drawings, specifications, calculations, and reports.
Design power distribution systems including:
Medium Voltage (MV)
Low Voltage (LV)
Switchgear
MCCs
Transformers
UPS Systems
Emergency Power Systems
Perform electrical load calculations and short circuit studies.
Conduct Arc Flash Studies and Protective Device Coordination.
Design grounding and lightning protection systems.
Develop one-line diagrams, panel schedules, cable schedules, and wiring diagrams.
Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, NESC, OSHA
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
PE (Professional Engineer) License preferred or required depending on project.
03-07 years of electrical engineering design experience.
Experience with consulting engineering firms is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of power distribution systems.
Experience designing electrical systems for industrial or commercial facilities.
Knowledge of electrical calculations and system studies.
Ability to review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
