Full-Time 2nd/or 3rd Shift Custodian

Monday through Friday.Daily cleaning of buildings includes dusting, cleaning windows, floors, walls, and furniture, restroom fixtures, toilets, sinks, etc. Includes the use of custodial tools and equipment.Custodians are responsible for maintaining the interior spaces from the ceiling to the floor. This includes but not limited to cleaning light fixtures and replacing light bulbs, cleaning HVAC supply and return vents, and changing HVAC filters depending on their location.Willingness to work days, evenings, and/or weekend hours as necessary.Comply with HutchCC policies, procedures, and practices.Serve actively on campus committees.Secondary –Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Director and/or Coordinators of the Facilities department.Must be a neat, clean individual portraying a positive image to students, staff and community members.The ability to work as needed, including day, evening, and weekend hours substituting for absent coworkers.The ability to cooperate with students, college personnel, and the community.possess eye/hand/foot coordination sufficient to operate equipment, tools, etc.Visual acuity to view a computer terminal; Medium/Indoor and outdoor work environmentMental requirements include the ability to learn and comprehend basic instructions about the position.Hourly wage and status:The hourly rate of pay is $15.00/hour, an additional $.shift differential for a 3rd shift totaling $15.40/hour.
