Your Responsibilities

Carrying out thorough patient evaluations, requesting necessary diagnostic tests, and crafting tailored care strategies
Identifying and treating immediate, chronic, or episodic health issues, collaborating with physicians or acting independently as per your qualifications
Providing educational guidance to patients and their families focused on prevention, wellness, and effective disease management
Prescribing appropriate medications and therapies within your area of expertise
Engaging in patient follow-up and managing long-term health conditions
Working closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, continuous care
Minding meticulous documentation within electronic health records (EHR)
Qualifications
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner educational program
Certifications Required
A valid Nurse Practitioner license in Ohio
National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or an equivalent specialty
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or availability to acquire within 90 days)
