Concierge- Customer Support

Summary
The Home Concierge serves as a brand ambassador and helps deliver an exceptional client experience. This role builds genuine client relationships, supports the retail team, and maintains the calendar of appointments and in-store events.
Responsibilities
Support Client Advisors and Managers with product delivery and setup services.
Transport employees, clients, and packages safely as appropriate.
Manage inventory in a clean, secure, and organized manner.
Protect products and remain aware of safety and security issues.
Greet clients courteously and collaborate with the Client Experience and store teams.
Maintain the daily calendar of client appointments and in-store events.
Requirements
Demonstrate genuine relationship-building and a commitment to exceptional client service.
Represent the brand with courtesy, integrity, and professionalism.
Work collaboratively with clients and team members.
