Local Team Collaboration:
Join our team of 25 physicians and 9 advanced practice providers (APPs) at Peace Health Southwest Medical Center.
Work alongside medical directors, clinical performance nurses, and a program manager.
Internal Medicine or Family Medicine trained physicians are welcome to apply.
Open to experienced or new grad physicians with availability to commence practice prior to summer 2027; we are not yet considering 2027 residents for this role.
H1B candidates invited to apply; access to Sound’s in-house visa specialists and our licensing and credentialing experts; all required visa filing fees are paid, and services are covered.
Other flexible schedule options may also be available.
We support one another by covering shifts when needed.
Our hospital has a closed ICU with 24/7 intensivist support, and we don’t require procedures or codes.

Competitive yearly salary in the range of $288,000, depending on experience and shift obligation.
