Position Summary: The Line Cook will set up their workstation with the required tools, equipment and supplies according to standards. You will prepare and produce menu items for the restaurant, private dining and/or bar, follow recipes and yield guides, and proper plate presentation and garnish for all dishes you produce. You will maintain the organization, cleanliness and sanitation of your work areas and equipment.

Education Level : High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate
Experience Level : One year's experience as a Line Cook.

Ability to obtain a Washington State Food Handlers Certification.
Ability to obtain Class 12 MAST Permit for alcoholic beverage program management (management positions only).
Minimum 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
O.S. Systems and MS Office programs.
Food Safety Certification.
Certification of previous training in liquor, wine, and food service.
Customer service training.
Ability to communicate in a second language.
Be well organized, maintain concentration and think clearly when preparing food and providing service to guests within any given period.
Maintain good coordination while preparing and serving orders quickly.
Performing job functions with minimal supervision.
Compute basic mathematical calculations and cash handling experience. •
