Clyde & Co US LLP seeks a Senior Counsel attorney to join our growing insurance coverage litigation practice in Seattle. This practice provides strategic guidance to insurance companies on first-party and third-party coverage analysis and defends against alleged bad faith claims in Washington and other jurisdictions nationwide.
What you'll do Analyze rights and obligations under insurance policies, draft coverage opinions, and provide coverage advice to clients.
Conduct legal research, analyze findings, and draft memoranda.
Prepare and analyze pleadings, discovery, motions, supporting briefs, and legal correspondence regarding insurance coverage litigation.
Has experience in insurance coverage and coverage litigation or a commercial litigation background with an interest in insurance coverage work.
Has excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication skills.
Has the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
