Field Service Engineer II/III The role of a Field Service Engineer focuses on managing field service operations, including performing onsite installations, maintenance, and repairs of equipment. Travel Requirements—70%. This role reports in to the Fort Collins, Colorado office when not in the field Level 2 Estimated annual base pay: $65,000 (minimum) - $85,000 (midpoint) - $104,000 (maximum) Level 3 Estimated annual base pay:$79,000 (minimum)-$103.999 (midpoint) -$126,000 ( maximum) All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity. 401(k) match (4.5%) Annual Woodward stock contribution (5%) Tuition reimbursement and Training/Professional Development opportunities for all members 12 paid holidays, including floating holidays. Maintain Customer Relationships: Build and sustain productive working relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction. Provide Team Support: Offer informal guidance and support to new team members, enhancing team performance and knowledge sharing. Adhere to company policies and procedures while accurately documenting service activities and technical solutions. Demonstrates expertise in current engineering technologies relevant to field service operations. Mentoring: Provides informal guidance and support to new team members. Quality Management: Maintains high quality standards in personal and team work outputs. Evaluates data and situations comprehensively to inform technical decisions. Customer Orientation: Develops in depth knowledge of customers to effectively address their technical needs. Level 3: Key Responsibilities: Provide Advanced Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in the field, ensuring optimal performance of equipment and systems. Lead Project Initiatives: Manage small to medium sized projects, coordinating resources and timelines to achieve project goals with minimal risks. Design and execute innovative solutions based on comprehensive analysis of technical challenges and multiple information sources. Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external experts to facilitate knowledge sharing and drive project success. Mentor and Support Colleagues: Serve as a resource for less experienced team members, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment. Project Management: Skilled in leading and managing small to mediumsized projects from initiation to completion. Independent Work Ethic: Demonstrates the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, effectively managing ongoing activities. Proficient in conveying complex and sensitive information clearly to diverse audiences and building consensus. Mentoring and Support: Data Analysis: Skilled in analyzing diverse data sources to inform technical decisions and problem solving strategies.
