Performs direct patient care such as bathing, assisting with elimination, bed making, and vital signs. Transports patients and patient-related materials in a safe, timely, and professional manner. Greets and orients patients to the patient care area. Provides additional select care to patients. High School diploma or GED required Ability to use a computer for documentation and work related purposes Strong written, verbal and nonverbal interpersonal and professional communication skills are required. Deal effectively with patients, visitors, situations, and other Care Team members, while maintaining emotional controlAdditional requirements Must be able to lift Must be available for one week of full-time training Three (3) months of Clinical Experience or CNA license required OR currently enrolled in Nursing schoolWhy Community?
