As part of our team, you'll build meaningful relationships while helping clients age safely and comfortably in their own homes.
With empathy, professionalism, and care, you will:

Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with light meal preparation and housekeeping
Offer medication reminders and mobility assistance
CNA or HHA certification preferred OR 6 months full-time / 12 months part-time experience caring for seniors or chronically ill individuals
valid driver's license and auto insurance required if transporting clients
Proof of current TB testing
Preferred: 1,000 hours of long-term care experience (Not required for newly licensed CNAs or PCAs)
Flexible scheduling to support work–life balance
COVID-19 vaccination is not required; however, some clients may request vaccinated caregivers. HomeWell was founded by a caregiver—for caregivers. We genuinely value our caregivers and strive to ensure you feel appreciated, heard, and supported. Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
