Full Time: 7am-7:30pm
Part Time

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Uniontown Nursing and Rehab, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring that our residents receive the best possible outcomes. Providing direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and education
Developing and implementing individualized care plans
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient care outcomes
Maintaining accurate and complete medical records
Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress
