Schedule: Full-Time NOC (11p-7a)
Pay Range: $19–$22 per hour, DOE

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Trellis Chino, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care. You will support residents with daily needs while contributing to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented environment.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals
Observe, monitor, and report changes in resident condition
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Work collaboratively with nursing and interdisciplinary teams
Private resident rooms that allow for smoother workflows
Modern rehab gym and up-to-date equipment
Meaningful work with appreciative residents and families
Active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
