The Part-Time Housekeeper is an essential team member who maintains the overall appeal of our apartment community while displaying a warm, friendly personality. This is a great opportunity for those with general janitorial or cleaning experience to build a career with plenty of room for growth on the Fairfield Property Management Team.
Clean common areas such as pools, gyms, laundry rooms, and offices.
Maintain cleanliness of floors, carpets, windows, and tile grout.
Operations

Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
Customer Service

Respond to resident and staff needs promptly.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Minimum one year of experience as a Housekeeper or similar position is preferred. Ability to speak and understand English. General computer knowledge. Knowledge of and ability to use standard cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and some holidays as necessary. the range above reflects hourly rates. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any).
