Cashier/Receptionist/Clerical Position

Seeking a cashier/receptionist/clerical person for immediate opening. Generally the hours will be Saturday 8am-6pm and Sunday 11am-6pm, could vary some.
Must be willing to work Saturday and Sunday, and flexible to fill in on other weekdays.
Operate telephone system.
Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold.
Prepare sales and service - parts tickets for the accounting department.
Various clerical duties as needed.
Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees.
Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket.
Balancing till, batch out and balance credit card totals daily.
Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise and take or refer the complaining customer to the appropriate individual for further communication.
Filing, Scanning, Data Entry
Experience using Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to work effectively with customers, while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Willing to work weekends.
