Direct Support Professional (DSP) In Adult Day ProgramPALS Hawthorne is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in our Adult Day Program.In this role, you will provide person-centered support to adults with intellectual, developmental, behavioral, and/or trauma-related disabilities, helping them build independence, confidence, and everyday skills. Through community-based activities and meaningful experiences, you will encourage personal growth, social connection, and overall well-being.
