As a Commercial Litigation Paralegal, you will provide comprehensive, high-level support on complex commercial and business disputes.

The ideal candidate has a natural curiosity to learn and the analytical mindset required for intricate document management and case strategy.

Manages case workflows for highly complex commercial, business, and corporate litigation matters.

Assists with extensive e‑discovery, document reviews, and the organization of voluminous case files.

Drafts, proofs, and finalizes sophisticated legal documents, including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and detailed correspondence.

Conducts in‑depth factual and legal research, synthesizing findings clearly for attorney review.

Serves as a reliable point of contact for corporate clients, experts, and court staff, maintaining the highest level of professional discretion.

4 to 7 years of litigation paralegal experience , with a strong preference for exposure to commercial litigation or complex business disputes.

Demonstrated experience handling complex, multi‑document cases.

Bachelor’s degree and/or a Paralegal Certification is highly preferred.

High proficiency in litigation technology, e‑discovery platforms, and case management systems.

A strong desire to continuously learn and master new, diverse areas of business law.

Analytical Depth: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot patterns and organize massive amounts of data in complex files.

Adaptability: Comfortable shifting focus between various types of commercial cases without requiring rigid templates.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for interacting with high‑profile business clients and elite legal counsel.
